Oversee commercial aspects of a major civil engineering projectPrepare and manage applications for payment, valuations, variations, and change controlSubcontractor procurement and managementBudget tracking, cost forecasting, and reportingContract administration (ideally under NEC forms)Support project delivery teams to ensure profitability and complianceQualifications

Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying / Commercial ManagementProven experience in a civil engineering environment - ideally on infrastructure or road schemesStrong understanding of NEC contractsExcellent negotiation and cost control skillsMust live within 1 - 1.25 hours of Leiston, SuffolkFull UK driving licenceWhats On Offer
