The company: An ambitious, well-funded AI robotics company is looking for a

Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

to lead its go-to-market efforts. Backed by a top-tier technical team (ex-Arrival, Boston Dynamics, Apple, and others), the company is building one of the world’s most advanced robot systems designed to transform labor intensive industries at scale.

Role And Responsibilities

Define and lead the company’s financial strategy in alignment with long-term growth goals.Act as a key partner to the CEO and executive team, providing financial insights to support major decisions.Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modelling.Implement best-in-class financial processes, systems, and internal controls.Oversee financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and relevant international regulations.Lead future fundraising efforts and manage relationships with venture capital firms, strategic investors, and financial institutions.Prepare the business for IPO or other liquidity events.Provide oversight of investor relations, corporate governance, and capital allocation.

Job Requirements

Strong fundraising experience in ABCD rounds of 200M+Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader within a high-growth tech, deep tech, or multi-vertical company.Strong understanding of IFRS, corporate finance, and financial operations in fast-scaling environments.Previous leadership of multiple funding rounds and exposure to US and European capital markets.Strong VC/investor network, particularly in the US.
