Cranmore Executive Search is incredibly excited to support our client an award winning scaling femtech company in their search for a Head of Engineering. The successful candidate will take ownership of all core technical systems — from auditing current architecture to launching, and building a future-proof foundation for their growth.You’ll be hands-on with code in the early months, using agency support for less critical tasks, and evolving into a strategic leader as they scale. You’ll collaborate closely with the awesome Founders, product designer, and PM, and will have the opportunity to hire and grow your own engineering team. You''ll be the most senior engineer on the team, responsible for hands-on coding, system design, and day-to-day leadership of all engineering efforts.This is a greenfield leadership opportunity to define how health data gets built, protected, and used at scale — with a meaningful impact on clinical care and diagnostics. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical ability with a passion for helping others deliver high-quality software.
