The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

You will work closely with pupils requiring high levels of support, including personal care, communication assistance, and sensory-based learning. This is a hands-on SEN Teaching Assistant role requiring resilience, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting children with complex needs.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support children with a variety of additional needs such as non-verbal ASD, Global Learning Delay, PMLD, SLD, Physical Disabilities, Speech & Communication Difficulties and more. You will work closely with Teachers, Therapists and other professionals to establish and implement support strategies tailored to the individual needs of each child.
