The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, assisting with personal care, communication strategies, and sensory learning activities. The role requires a calm and structured approach to help pupils feel safe, supported, and engaged.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support learners with additional needs ranging from non-verbal ASD, Global Learning Delay, PMLD, physical disabilities and more. You will use your natural compassion and relevant experience or academic background to promote sensory learning, development of motor skills and establish pathways for independence post-education.
