This is an early-career program that develops skills in consulting, data, and software to support Life Sciences customers (Pharma and Biotech).The Role

Launch your Life Sciences Consulting Career at Veeva. The program provides skill workshops, mentorship, and a collaborative culture to develop as a Business Consultant. Early in the program you will collaborate with experienced consultants on customer-facing engagements to deliver high-impact business solutions. You will contribute to projects that use data and analytics to drive client outcomes through Veeva’s software and data offerings.The Analytics team builds smarter business strategies for Life Sciences customers by leveraging Veeva’s data (Data Cloud: Patient, Medical Claims, Engagement, Sales) to improve targeting, segmentation, field activation, and understanding of patient and healthcare professional behaviors.The anticipated start date is

Learn how to support and deliver all components of customer engagements (e.g., customer communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, managing timelines)Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating models, processes, and analyticsGain an understanding of our diverse range of projects and contribute to the Veeva Analytics Business Consulting teamConduct research to build industry and customer knowledge used to deliver consulting programs and business developmentSupport customers to realize the full potential of our Veeva Cloud softwareLearn how to leverage data and analytics to deliver business solutionsRequirements

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performanceDon’t have a university degree? That’s okay if you have equivalent skills gained through work experience or disciplined self-study0-2 years of professional experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAptitude to grasp quantitative and technical conceptsAbility to express business and technical concepts as potential strategic solutionsBasic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)Understanding of data and analytics and how they drive business outcomesAbility to analyze data and create visualizations and stories to illustrate a business solutionBasic understanding of SQL, Python, or a comparable coding languageDesire to work in a dynamic, intense environmentAbility to manage time in person and remotely, prioritize and meet deadlinesWillingness to commute to your Hub when asked for in-person program activitiesWillingness to travel up to 25% of your time per year (travel varies by engagement, coworking, meetings, and events)Nice to Have
