Established over two decades ago, our client is one of the most well-connected privately owned furniture dealerships within London. They are now looking to speak to candidates who have experience in operations to join their team in Central London on a permanent basis.Responsibilities

Process orders, liaising with suppliers to confirm product details, delivery dates, and acknowledgementsCommunicate with customers regarding order updates, delivery/installation schedules, and general inquiriesCoordinate with suppliers and warehouse/installation teams to ensure timely deliveries and installationsSupport the sales team and project managers on large projects, handling administrative tasks such as RAMs, permit requests, and inductionsManage warranty claims and process necessary documentationAssist with general office administration, including maintaining supplies, office upkeep, and answering callsQualifications

At least 1 year UK experience in similar operations roleProficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel experience is essentialExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage and prioritise tasksGood customer service skillsWhat you get back
