Sales Operations Coordinator

Social network you want to login/join with:To assist the business in maximising sales revenue, by working as part of a dedicated team delivering agile, smart, dynamic and strong sales support processes.Support the sales team by maintaining accurate CRM data.Increasing Customer Experience, Satisfaction and LoyaltyKey responsibilities for this job:Assist in generating and distributing weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards.Monitor key sales metrics and help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with sales reps and managers to streamline processes and improve data quality within the CRM.Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and help implement solutions that improve speed and accuracyManage Sales tools, to provide a uniformed, centralised function on best practices and access management, with associated usage reportingSupport onboarding and training of new sales team members on sales tools and processes.Run monthly meetings to ensure cadence and KPI’s of customer charter is met.Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flows.Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by your Manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff memberKnowledge and experience required:1 year+ experience of working within Sales Operations or a similar roleGood working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essentialWell organised and self-motivated team playerAble to work under pressure making timely and informed decisions to tight timescales, whilst maintaining attention to detailProfessional and clear communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customersA willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
