Our client, a highly regarded hospitality operator, is looking for a passionate, hands-on and experienced General Manage to manage their hugely popular, fresh food gastro pub based just outside of Manchester City Centre. For this role, we are looking for a hands-on, personable and passionate manager with proven experience of running a fresh food gastro pub with a focus on amazing service, a great atmosphere, incredible food and a fantastic customer experience.We are looking for a General Manager with real presence and genuine passion - someone who loves the industry and can continue the success of this highly-regarded operation.

What are we looking for:Proven track record of working as a General Manager running a highly regarded quality gastro pub.Strong front of house skills.We are looking for someone who is brilliant customers and is committed to ensuring the highest levels of service, amazing food and a unique dining experience.Strong back of house skills - fully PandL accountable with the ability to keep tight controls whilst driving sales and revenue forward.Experience of running a busy high-volume operation with the ability to manage and motivate a team whilst working under pressure.Organised with strong attention to detail.Experience and commitment to provide the highest standards of customer service - touching tables and ensuring guests return time and time again.The ability to train, motivate, inspire and develop a large team to provide the highest standards of service, to develop their knowledge, maximise business and the customer experience by upselling and recommending dishes and drinks.The desire to grow your career with a company who looks after their employees.Smart and well-presented with great communication skills and a professional attitude at all times.
