We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join our established and progressive dispute resolution team. Advising a diverse client base, including corporate entities, trusts, charities and individualsTaking matters through from initial engagement to conclusion, formulating case strategy and advising throughoutDrafting statements of case, witness statements, legal correspondence and other documentationInstructing and working with counselRepresenting clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiationsContributing to business development and networking - for yourself as an individual, for the litigation team, and for the firm "brand"Requirements / Qualifications

PQE 5 (or 6-9 as indicated in listing)Experience in general/civil/commercial disputes, property litigation, and contentious probate (flexible for more specialist experience)Ability to manage own caseload and supervise junior members; experience on large director-led cases may be required depending on PQEIn Return We Offer
