Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive

to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional with a minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in litigation to take on a varied caseload and progress within a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage a broad range of litigation matters including:Personal Injury (RTA and EL)Contested ProbateCommercial and Contract DisputesEmployment LawLand and Boundary IssuesPrepare and file legal documents including pleadings and applications.Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.Represent clients in hearings, trials, and mediations.Negotiate settlements and maintain client relationships.Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to departmental growth.Requirements:Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a valid practising certificate.Proven experience in civil litigation.Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage a substantial caseload and work both independently and within a team.A proactive approach and a good sense of humour are highly valued!Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Clear progression path with partnership prospects.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Work Location:
