Maintain an accurate forecasting model for rolling 12 month period for each site, and 5 year budgets. Qualified or part-qualified accountant with experience of finance business partnering.A proven and demonstrable record of experience in management accounts and awareness of how this integrates into statutory accounts.Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.Strong accuracy and high attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture.Excellent team player with strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial concepts to non-financial managers.Credibility and confidence to work with senior managers across the organisation.Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise a changing workload and use initiative.Assertive and able to take ownership for tasks; proactive and energetic approach to problem solving.Able to challenge and not accept the status quo.Role is predominantly home based with occasional office presence in Twigworth and visits to services as required.Benefits and Additional Information
