This establishment is more than just a gastro pub, it is huge part of the local neighbourhood offering a beautiful a la carte menu, quirky bar snacks and a famous Sunday roast! Junior Sous Chef benefits:

• Amazing salary of andpound;43,000 per annum which is based on 48 hours.

• Working 5 days per week, a maximum of 6 shifts
• 46-48 hours on average
• In-house training provided, working under the guidance of Michelin starred Head Chef!
• 7-day operation with around 30/90 covers per day
• Main kitchen team: 7+.
