Residential Conveyancer . This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled conveyancer with experience in

panel work

to join a supportive team handling a steady pipeline of work from trusted referrers.Key Responsibilities:Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership.Handling cases primarily from panel referrals, ensuring service level agreements and compliance requirements are met.Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress files efficiently.Conducting title checks, raising and reviewing enquiries, and preparing reports to clients.Maintaining accurate records on the case management system and ensuring files are kept up to date.Requirements:Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.Proven experience in managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.Familiarity with panel work and dealing with high-volume caseloads efficiently.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service.What’s on Offer:Competitive salary with regular reviews.Supportive, collaborative team environment.Career development and progression opportunities.If you’re an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for your next opportunity in Swansea, we’d love to hear from you.
