with a passion for high-tech solutions and exceptional client service.Your Role:As a key member of the team, you will independently manage a diverse caseload, including:Leasehold and freehold transactions.Registered and unregistered property matters.Sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless client journeys, progressing matters efficiently while maintaining impeccable file organisation.To thrive in this role, the following skills are essential:A

qualified professional (CILEx, SRA, or CLC)

with at least 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).Proven ability to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to completion.proficiency in legal software and the Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills.A results-driven approach with the ability to meet billing targets.The Ideal Candidate:To be successful you must be detail-oriented, organised, and adept at handling complex transactions.
