Role Overview

As a Technical Designer, you’ll be integral to bringing bold design concepts to life. You’ll be involved from the early stages of projects through to completion, producing technical outputs that ensure creative ideas are delivered with precision and quality. This role blends problem-solving, technical detailing, and collaboration with designers and contractors to make innovative workspaces a reality.Key responsibilities

Preparing Revit base build information to support the design team in space planningCoordinating technical content for pitches, pre-construction packs and construction documentationDelivering accurate Revit outputs at each project stageSupporting designers on-site and providing solutions to contractor queriesWhat We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should bring a balance of technical expertise and creative curiosity, with the confidence to take ownership of challenges and drive them forward.Essential skills and experience

Proficiency in Revit and technical design deliveryArchitectural training with strong attention to detailA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a positive, energetic approachExperience managing deadlines in a dynamic, project-driven environmentExcellent collaboration skills, plus the confidence to work independently when requiredStrong communication abilities, both written and verbalFamiliarity with UK building systems, regulations and construction methodsInclusion and Diversity
