Role Summary and ImpactEssenceMediacom is looking for a
Digital Planner
to join the UK Bayer team working on recognisable consumer goods and pharmaceutical brands such as Berocca, Clarityn, Canesten and Rennie. The
Digital Planner
will assist the Digital Account Manager in leading the day-to-day digital planning and strategy, and consulting on optimisations to deliver against KPI’s and drive client growth. They will be self-motivated, able to manage their own time, be operationally proficient and have knowledge of digital channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display, Online Video) and how they contribute to business objectives. The
Digital Planner
will oversee campaign delivery, promote best practices and activation excellence, and raise the digital profile of Bayer both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Assist the Digital Account Manager in leading day-to-day digital planning and strategy.
Provide optimisations to deliver against KPI’s and drive client growth.
Manage own time effectively and be self-motivated.
Oversee campaign delivery and promote best practices and activation excellence.
Raise the digital profile of Bayer internally and externally.
Skills and Experience / Qualifications
Relevant experience in planning and buying media campaigns, including exposure to digital media.
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
Strategic thinker with a future focus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Technically minded with potential to develop into client leadership and more advanced staff management roles.
