This will be the second legal hire at the firm, working closely with the General Counsel on a wide range of matters. With a strong focus on technology, the role offers the opportunity to act as a key bridge between the legal, product, and technology teams, playing an integral part in shaping the firm’s growth and operations.

Ready to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.ResponsibilitiesAct as a key link between legal, product, and technology teams, bringing curiosity and enthusiasm for innovation and emerging technologies.Support the global legal team across a wide range of matters, with an initial focus on commercial, corporate, and technology-related documentation.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including:Research and data contractsSoftware and technology licensesSaaS, AI, and vendor contractsNDAs and data protection agreementsRecruitment agreements, consultancy agreements, and general business/vendor contractsOffice-related agreements, including leases and facilities contractsContribute to the administration, digitisation, and management of legal and regulatory workflows, enhancing efficiency and transparency.Assist with ad hoc fund, regulatory, trading and employment mattersRequirements:3–6 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally gained at a technology-focused company, hedge fund, or leading law firm.Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.A strong affinity for process improvement, technical skills desirableStrong stakeholder management skillset and a can-do attitudeRight to work in the UK without sponsorship
