Job Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing mechanical building systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), pumps, and valves. You will also be expected to undertake minor works across other trades as required. Working on a secure government contract, you must be able to pass Security Clearance (SC) checks. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and valves. Commercial plumbing - reactive and maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical faults and carry out effective repairs. Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on building systems. Complete relevant documentation and reports in line with compliance requirements.
