Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Hove
Hours: Full Time
Pay: -26,000 per annum

The Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Reliable with regular, punctual attendance
- Confident telephone manner
The Role:
- Process customer documentation, contracts, and payment schedules
- Initiate and manage direct debits
- Manage invoice distribution
- Maintain accurate customer records using internal CRM
- Send timely driver correspondence
- Respond to general customer queries professionally
- Liaise with dealers to obtain and process delivery documentation
- Generate and send invoices to customers and dealers
