Inside Sales Administrator

Role: Inside Sales AdministratorLocation: Brighton (Hybrid - office-based initially for 2 weeks, then 1 day per week in office)Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday with hours between 8:00am - 6:00pm (37.5 hours per week on a shift rota)Pay: 12.82 per hour12 Week Temporary Contract starting from August 5th 2025An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Inside Sales Administrator to join one of our longstanding clients, an innovative and fast-growing organisation operating in the digital insurance space, based in Brighton.Benefits:Weekly competitive pay + holidayHybrid working (after initial office-based training period)A dynamic and evolving team environmentOpportunity to contribute to the growth of a new inbound sales functionThe Requirements:Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage and accurately update CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)Comfortable working towards weekly performance targetsThe Role:Answer incoming enquiries from customers regarding quotations and renewalsSupport customers through the insurance purchase process over the phoneEnsure accurate input and maintenance of customer data across internal systemsTransfer leads and redirect queries to relevant internal departments as neededUse consultative skills to identify and meet customer needs while ensuring complianceMaintain performance against weekly targets such as sales conversion and call handlingWork ..... full job details .....
