Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities
Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.Liaise with support services (AV, catering, front of house, estates, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of events.Handle executive education and internal bookings, including off-site requirements.Oversee on-the-day event management, problem-solving swiftly and professionally.Prepare and negotiate quotes, contracts and booking documentation.You will have strong sales experience with proven negotiation skills and commercial awareness, alongside a track record of delivering high-quality service in a corporate environment, including to VIP clients. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.
