You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!What you’ll do on a typical day:Supporting the dedicated transport operation for the GXO TJX network on the open book contract.Manage and coordinate the work activities within your team.To ensure all deliveries and collections meet the required contractual performance standards.To proactively manage the daily activities of GXO Logistics within the TJX contract.To ensure absence and holiday cover is in place for the role and assist in absentee and holiday cover where required.What you need to succeed at GXO:Strong working knowledge of telematics systems as well as TachomasterPrevious experience working within a fast-paced transport environmentTransport compliance knowledge and experienceIdeally experience leading a team previouslyCPC license - Would be an advantageWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
