Opportunity DescriptionWe are seeking Country Sub Team Leader Volunteers to help lead and grow a dedicated 3-person country teams within SkilledUp Life. As a Sub Team Leader, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and motivating a focused micro-team to drive volunteer acquisition, startup engagement, and strategic partnerships within your assigned country. This is a unique leadership opportunity to gain people management experience, develop go-to-market skills, and make a real impact in scaling SkilledUp Life’s presence in South American region.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a 3-person volunteer team for your assigned country.

Coach and support two team members.

One focused on accelerator partnerships and tech startup sales.

One focused on education partnerships and volunteer acquisition.

Coordinate regular team check-ins and progress tracking.

Represent SkilledUp Life in your country and promote the platform with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Collaborate with global leadership to share insights and local knowledge.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Primary KPIs:

Secure 1 accelerator partner.

Secure 3 education partners.

Secondary KPIs:

Onboard 3 tech startups.

Strong leadership and people management potential.

Excellent communication, organisation, and planning skills.

Previous experience in team coordination, sales, partnerships, or volunteer management is a plus.
