Job title: Site Manager

Thorn Baker are working with a specialist care home builder who are looking for a Site Manager for an upcoming site in Warminster. This will be a long term freelance position and we can get someone started ASAP.

We are ideally looking for someone who has worked on new build care home projects before, or similar projects including student accommodation/apartments.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Care home or similar project experience
