We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of a prestigious new build apartment scheme in Cheltenham. The development will deliver 74 high-quality flats as part of a £10 million project and requires a stand-alone manager to run the project from start to finish.The Company

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for:Overseeing the project from groundworks through to completion.Managing day-to-day site operations including subcontractors, programme, quality, and health and safety.Leading site inductions, ensuring compliance with HandS regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment.Driving progress to meet build schedules, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to specification.Coordinating with design, commercial, and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.Acting as the No.1 on site, reporting directly to senior management.Requirements

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential).Proven track record as a stand-alone Site Manager on residential apartment projects.Strong leadership and organisational skills.Experience managing projects from start to handover.Excellent knowledge of health and safety and quality standards.What\''s on Offer
