Veolia is looking for a confident and bubbly individual to join our team based at our client site Lonza, Slough. This role is set in a busy office environment, and we are looking for someone to contribute their skills towards a newly built reception team.

What you''ll be doing:

• Meeting and greeting visitors, contractors, clients and employees in a professional manner.
  
• Managing people signing in, and giving out security passes.
  
• Being flexible and understanding that your role may include covering other reception staff while they are on annual leave or sickness.
  
• Maintaining the Security and Health & Safety expectations of Veolia and Lonza
  
• Completing the required training of Veolia and Lonza.
  
• Taking in post and deliveries
  
• Taxi bookings
  
• Keeping the reception area tidy at all times
  
• Answering and redirecting calls
  

What we''re looking for:

• Excellent communication skills with other employees and visitors.
  
• Reliable and committed to the role at all times
  
• Have the ability to be organised at all times
  
• Be able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  
• Be able to work well both within a team and independently
  
• Good literacy skills and basic understanding of Microsoft and Google IT software
