Position: Conveyancing Onboarding and Office Administrator
Location: Castle Cary, Somerset
Work Hours: 9:00 am - 5:15 pm, Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)
Salary: £24000.00
Position
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Onboarding Administrator join our team in our Castle Cary office.
With a wealth of experience and a stellar reputation in the field, our team comprises professionals ranging from newly qualified individuals to those with over 50 years of expertise, supported by highly skilled staff members.
We are seeking an individual who can assist with the onboarding of new clients, including the collection of ID documents and the opening and closing of files. You will also be responsible for the office administration, which includes post, petty cash and greeting clients face to face.
Key responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound calls and emails from clients relating to initial quotes and enquiries and acting as first point of contact for clientsAllocating tasks within the teamProviding basic advice to clientsCompleting administrative duties as required

Requirements
Proficient in administrative tasksHighly skilled in computer usage with strong confidenceConfident face to face and telephone communicationCapable of following processes and instructions diligentlyDemonstrates eagerness to learn and developIdeally suited for individuals aspiring to pursue the solicitor apprenticeship route in the futurePrevious experience is not required; however, any level of understanding of property laws would be advantageous.
