This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and compassionate TA who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN). Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including those with Autism, ADHD, and Speech and Language needs.Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans.Support pupils'' social, emotional, and educational development.Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external agencies to support students'' progress and well-being.
