You will identify strategic initiatives that provide commercial value and positively impact the bottom line, ensure key metrics are achieved, and keep our key stakeholders engaged and satisfied. You will be a strong leader with a commercial mindset, able to evidence at interview where decisions have improved the bottom line. You will be a skilled manager/coach who can motivate and develop direct reports and the wider team. The business is fast-moving and ever-changing; you will lead a team through change while delivering exceptional customer service.Ideally you will have a background in leisure; candidates from a hospitality background are also welcome. More importantly, you should be able to lead a fast-moving business and maximise commercial value while delighting customers.Benefits
