We have an exciting role for a Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor/ developer in London. The Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside international colleagues to deliver on high end residential and commercial projects across the Central London areas. The Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to work and grow with a business who have doubled in their turnover over the last 8 years. The Candidate: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments. Assess and manage project variations and change control processes. Prepare valuations, progress reports, and final accounts. Negotiate contracts and procurement strategies. Strong knowledge of standard contract forms such as JCT and NEC. Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
