This position has become available as a replacement for a departing team member and represents a fantastic opportunity for career development in a major infrastructure environment.About the Role As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual elements of various elements, which are part of a long-term infrastructure programme expected to run over two five-year phases (5+5 years). These projects span Kent, Sussex, and Wessex, with each scheme at varying stages of the project lifecycle.You will report directly to a Senior Quantity Surveyor and be an integral part of the commercial team, ensuring financial governance, risk management, and cost control are effectively maintained.Key Responsibilities: Managing commercial and contractual matters Preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, valuations, and final accounts. Ensuring adherence to NEC contracts (experience in NEC is highly desirable). Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
