Data Centre Support Engineer

We''re looking for a dedicated Data Centre Support Engineer to join our clients'' team in a fast-paced live data centre environment. This is a hands-on role where you''ll be the go-to person for all things hardware.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Working directly with a variety of servers.

• Handling the full lifecycle of server management-from racking and stacking to provisioning and decommissioning.

• Troubleshooting hardware faults and coordinating replacements with third-party suppliers.

• Providing expert hardware support and mentoring junior engineers.

• Acting as a key point of contact, managing incoming calls and emails, and ensuring customers are kept updated.

• Working closely with the support team to meet and exceed targets and provide high-quality service.

This role is based on rota''d shifts which will include the following shifts - if you are not prepared to work these shifts, please do not apply for the position.

Early - 07:00 to 14:30

Late - 14:30 to 22:00

Week night - 22:00 - 07:00

Weekend day - 07:00 - 19:00

Weekend night - 19:00 - 07:00
