Sellick Partnership is currently working with an exciting Legal 500 ranked firm, based in Leeds, who is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team.Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:Taking ownership of transactions and working alongside a Partner on more complex deals.Advising on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.Requirements/Qualifications

The Successful Candidate will need:3+ years PQEEvidence of understanding what is needed to help grow and develop a corporate practiceA proactive and client-focused approachExcellent communication and negotiation skillsConfident using legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits
