The Corporate Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;Advising clients on corporate law matters, including mergers, acquisitions and private equity workWorking closely with clients including investors, SME''s, management teams.Working with the Partners and other senior fee earners on deals.Helping on marketing and business developmentBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships.Profile

The successful Corporate Solicitor should have:A qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales and likely to be around 1-2 years PQEProven experience in corporate law gained from a regional, national or international law firmTies to LeedsStrong academicsAn ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.Job Offer
