You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while leading a small team. The position combines operational delivery with team coordination, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and high service levels across stock handling and dispatch. Responsibilities: - Supervise and support daily warehouse activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule - Allocate and prioritise workload across goods receipt, picking, packing and dispatch - Act as a hands-on team leader, setting standards through example - Maintain an organised, safe and efficient working environment - Manage incoming deliveries including unloading, checking and system booking - Verify documentation and escalate discrepancies - Ensure correct labelling and storage of stock - Accurately pick materials for production and customer orders - Pack and dispatch orders in line with required service levels - Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions - Support full stock takes and identify improvements to reduce errors - Assist with incoming goods inspection where required - Accurately record all stock movements within warehouse systems/ERP - Contribute to process improvements and reporting accuracy Requirements: - Experience in a warehouse ..... full job details .....
