Assistant Site Manager - New Build Housing

We''re currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join a leading residential developer on a new build housing site in Queensferry. You''ll be supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day operations on a busy, live site delivering high-quality 2, 3 and 4-bed homes.

• Assist in managing trades and subcontractors on site
• Ensure homes are built to a high standard and in line with NHBC and H&S regulations
• Support in driving the build programme to meet targets and deadlines
• Carry out quality checks, snagging, and ensure a clean, safe working environment
• Liaise with customers and maintain a professional, approachable presence
• Complete daily site paperwork, toolbox talks, inductions and reporting

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing
• Up-to-date CSCS card
• SMSTS
• First Aid certificate
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using tablets, site management systems, and completing reports
