Job Title: Site Manager - Civils Focus
Location: Edinburgh City Centre
Duration: Few months (Onsite)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong civils background to oversee daily groundworks operations on a high-profile project in Edinburgh City Centre. You will lead and manage a team of groundworkers, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise groundworkers daily on site

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

Coordinate with project stakeholders and subcontractors

Monitor project progress and report on site activities

Resolve any onsite issues promptly to maintain workflow

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in civils or groundworks

SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

Valid First Aid certification

CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
