An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join a well-established, community-focused housing provider in East Renfrewshire.

The successful candidate will provide a professional front-of-house service and act as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and partners. This role requires excellent customer service skills, proven reception experience, and the ability to handle queries confidently and effectively.

• Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly, professional manner

• Handling incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries appropriately

• Managing reception duties including visitor sign-in and appointment coordination

• Supporting tenants with queries, applying problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions

• Carrying out general administration such as data entry, filing, and updating records

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Proven reception/front-of-house experience (essential)

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident IT user with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• A professional, approachable, and customer-focused manner

• Competitive hourly rate

• Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am-4pm Friday
