Our client is looking for an experienced Fleet and Compliance Manager to oversee the operations of a 100+ vehicle and trailer fleet. The role involves leading a team of 7 (including workshop and assistant managers), ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and managing budgets, maintenance schedules, and driver performance.
