We are seeking a proactive and experienced Transport and Logistics to oversee the effective management of our yard, fleet, plant, and equipment.Role OverviewThe Transport and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the full operational management of the yard, company vehicles, plant, and equipment across company operations. This role ensures all fleet and equipment assets are maintained to high safety and quality standards, servicing and repairs are efficiently organised, stock and consumables are properly controlled, and compliance requirements are consistently met.The role also involves coordinating with another Transport Manager regarding vehicle bookings, servicing schedules, and general fleet updates to ensure seamless operational support.This is a hands-on position requiring strong organisational skills, industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to maintaining operational readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesYard and Site ManagementEnsure yard, office, and stores are secure, following daily opening and closing procedures.Supervise the overall organisation, cleanliness, and safety of the yard.Maintain accurate records of plant, equipment, and vehicle locations.Fleet ManagementOversee the daily management of all company vehicles.Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational ..... full job details .....
