The Rubens at the Palace Hotel part of the Red Carnation Hotels, is a stunning five-star property located in the heart of Londons Victoria and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace. This wonderful hotel has been fully refurbished and features 161 individually designed bedrooms and suites, as well as a range of Food and Beverage outlets including The English Grill Restaurant, The Curry Room Restaurant, The New York Bar, The Palace Lounge and Champagne Bar, as well as 9 well equipped function rooms.Key Responsibilities as aPrivate Events Sales Executive:Proactive search for new business opportunities across all segments.Act as a main point of contact throughout the event lifecycle (by managing enquiries from initial contact to post event follow up)Entertaining clients and conducting regular show roundsCollaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and group bookings.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.What are we looking for?
