Registered Manager - Mental Health Service

Salary: Up to -42,000 + Bonus opportunity
Annual Leave: 32 Days (inclusive of bank holidays)

I am looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a warm and supportive residential service for adults living with complex mental health needs in South Birmingham. What You''ll Bring:

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing mental health services
• Confident with IT systems and digital tools
• Willingness to share on-call responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead and inspire a committed care team
• Deliver truly person-centred care
• Oversee staffing, rotas, recruitment, and training
• Manage budgets, compliance, and governance
• Build strong relationships with families and external professionals
• Conduct assessments and update care/support plans
• Support residents with independent living skills
• Handle safeguarding, referrals, and care planning
• Ensure adherence to DoLs and the Mental Capacity Act
• Implement and uphold policies and procedures
