About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you''ll be the driving force behind high-quality care services. You''ll lead from the front -ensuring compliance, inspiring your team, and delivering person-centred care that empowers individuals to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading day-to-day operations across multiple locations

Ensuring full compliance with CQC and regulatory standards

Building and mentoring a passionate, skilled care team

Developing strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders

Driving continuous improvement and service innovation

What We''re Looking For:

Proven experience in domiciliary and/or supported living management

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations

Exceptional marketing and networking skills

Proven experience of mobilising new tenders

Inspirational leadership and excellent interpersonal skills

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
