You''ll be a visible and proactive adviser to senior leadership, using your commercial acumen to drive results across a multi-site business. Your insight and analysis will directly impact project profitability, cashflow, fee generation and margin optimisation.As Finance Business Partner, you''ll:Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across the South and UK Advisory teamsProvide real-time commercial analysis, turning data into decisionsOwn and shape accounting approaches, standards, and controlsReview project profitability, challenge assumptions, and support bidsDeliver finance projects and support transformation programmesPartner with the UK Commercial Finance Director to improve internal finance servicesHold business leaders accountable while fostering strong, collaborative relationshipsSupport audits and contribute to a strong financial control environmentWhy Our Client Is Excited About YouYou''re a commercially minded qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ICAEW) with experience of business partnering in a complex, multi-site business.
