Finance Business Partner

who shares our passion for progress!You will partner with your designated business area (Change and IT), providing end to end PandL ownership and building strong working relationships with your internal stakeholders.Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the annual budgeting process for your business areaProduce rolling forecasts, with a formal quarterly reforecastMaintain an RandO scheduleHold monthly financial performance reviews with stakeholders including presenting actuals v budget and reviewing and challenging any forecast discrepanciesUnderstand the overhead cost base and determine the appropriate allocation methodology across the Client PandL\''s to show and EBITDAProvide insight into client profitability and report back to the business through a partnering approachAnalysing actuals from Client PandL\''s compared to the pricing models, understanding reasons for variances and taking appropriate actionWork closely with the Financial Accounts and Management Accounts team to ensure that project related costs are accurately captured in the General LedgerRequirements

A relevant finance qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMAPrevious experience in a Commercial Finance roleExcellent MS Excel skillsTo act with integrity, care and diligenceBe able to build strong working relationships, with the confidence to challenge key stakeholders within the business if requiredBe confident working in a fast paced and evolving business environmentBenefits
