We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative

Manager, Global Commercial Analytics

to lead a high-performing team in delivering scalable, trusted, and actionable analytics solutions. This role is central to enabling data-informed decision-making and driving commercial performance across our global organisation.What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Commercial Analytics specialists.Translate strategic priorities into analytics projects that generate actionable insights.Design and deliver global dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance and customer engagement.Oversee the deployment of a new Commission Management tool and ensure scalable, auditable bonus logic setup.Define and implement global data governance policies and reporting standards.Resolve complex data quality issues in partnership with IT and Data Engineering.Maintain global analytics documentation, including SOPs and training guides.Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Finance, Rewards, IT, and Data Engineering.Act as a key point of contact for global and regional stakeholders on analytics and reporting priorities.What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).7+ years in Commercial Analytics, Revenue Operations, or BI, with 2+ years of people management.Expertise in CRM and BI platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI).Proven ability to generate insights and influence decision-making.Strong background in data governance and reporting standardisation.Experience leading cross-functional projects in global environments.Desirable: SQL or coding experience, familiarity with data modelling, and experience in biotech or life sciences.Key Attributes
