Overview
We are seeking a proactive
Junior IT Support Specialist
to join our team at the Head Office in Peckham, London. This role is integral to maintaining and optimising our IT infrastructure, focusing on in-house tasks such as Intune, Azure, MDM, MaintainX, and calibration software. It includes configuration of Windows devices with onboarding and offboarding and maintenance for compliance. The role offers the opportunity to work with medical systems with NHS and private healthcare solutions across different medical specialties.Key Responsibilities
Intune, Azure, MDM Maintenance: Regularly maintain and optimise Intune, Azure, and Mobile Device Management systems to ensure seamless device management and security.License management: Maintain use with Microsoft 365, Adobe, mobile SIMs and other licenses; perform periodic audits to ensure efficient management.MaintainX and Ticketing System: Oversee MaintainX for asset tracking and ticket management, or alternative ticketing systems (SharePoint based or other) for efficient issue resolution and device tracking.Onboarding/Offboarding Users and Devices: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for users and devices, ensuring seamless transitions and access management.Remote DICOM Monitor Calibration: Provide specialised maintenance for Radiology''s DICOM monitor calibration software to ensure optimal performance via remote management.IT Deployment and Automations: Utilise automations for streamlined IT deployment, improving team uptime and efficiency.Radiology IT Support: Provide extra support tailored to Radiology''s IT needs, ensuring specialised assistance and troubleshooting.ISO and CE, CE+ Compliance: Work on device compliance with automations to ensure 100% device compliance across all company devices.RMM Agent Support: Utilise RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools such as Datto / NinjaOne for remote support on devices, handling ticket-based work efficiently.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
Demonstrable experience in managing and optimising Intune, Azure, MDM, MaintainX (or similar asset tracking/ticketing systems), and automations in a professional setting.Documentation management and user trainings. Strong knowledge of MS-based cloud applications.Proven ability to handle ticket-based tasks using RMM agents for remote support and issue resolution.Experience with IT deployment strategies to improve system uptime and efficiency.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently.IT experience of 1-4 yearsDesirable
NHS / clinical app related software experience is desirable.Certification involvement: ISO27001, 9001, 14001, CE, CE+ is desirable.About DMC Healthcare
