Overview

Responsible for on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.Responsibilities

Reviews, troubleshoots and approves operational quality of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripheralsInstalls, maintains and optimizes desktop /notebook configurations at customer sitesDiagnoses and resolves product performance problemsPerforms maintenance and repair servicesEnsures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performanceInstructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the systemTechnical Skills

Several years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experienceProficient in Windows operating system environment; knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems may be requiredFluent in English, both spoken and writtenA+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be requiredLocation

This role requires you to work fully on client site (Monday-Friday) in London (Canary Wharf).Benefits
