We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Neighbourhood Housing Officer to manage a patch of properties and deliver high-quality housing management services. You will be responsible for tenancy sustainment, estate management, and building strong relationships with residents and partner agencies to create safe, well-maintained neighbourhoods. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a neighbourhood patch and act as the main point of contact for residentsCarry out tenancy sign-ups, starter tenancy visits, and ongoing tenancy managementRespond to and manage anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputesEnsure estates and communal areas are safe, clean, and well maintainedIdentify and address tenancy breaches, safeguarding concerns, and risksCoordinate repairs and maintenance and work closely with contractorsSupport residents to sustain their tenancies, including referrals to support servicesManage low-level rent arrears in partnership with income teamsPromote resident engagement and community involvementEnsure compliance with housing, health and safety, and fire safety requirementsMaintain accurate case records and meet performance targetsAbout YouExperience in neighbourhood or housing managementKnowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management best practiceStrong communication, conflict resolution, and case management skillsAbility to work independently, manage a caseload, and prioritise effectivelyConfident working with residents from diverse backgroundsIT literate with ..... full job details .....
